Winogrona są duże i fioletowe. Wyglądają bardzo pysznie. 'Chcę te winogrona!' mówi lis. Ale winogrona wiszą wysoko na winorośli. Lis skacze, żeby dosięgnąć winogrona. Nie może ich dosięgnąć. Lis skacze znowu. Tym razem skacze wyżej. Ale wciąż nie może dosięgnąć winogron. Lis próbuje wiele razy. Skacze i skacze. Ale winogrona są za wysoko. W końcu lis jest zmęczony. Przestaje skakać. Lis patrzy na winogrona jeszcze raz. 'Te winogrona i tak są pewnie kwaśne,' mówi i odchodzi.

About this story
A hungry fox sees delicious grapes hanging high on a vine. He jumps many times trying to reach them, but they are too high. Tired and unable to get the grapes, the fox decides they must be sour anyway and walks away. This fable teaches us that people often pretend not to want what they cannot have.
