Anna is walking through the city center. She is visiting a new city for the first time. Suddenly, she notices that her bag is missing. Her wallet, phone, and passport were inside the bag. Anna feels scared and does not know what to do. She looks around and sees a police officer nearby. The officer is standing at a corner, watching the street. Anna walks quickly toward the police officer. 'Excuse me, officer. I need help,' she says nervously. The officer turns to her with a friendly expression. 'Of course. What happened?' he asks calmly. 'I think someone stole my bag,' Anna explains. 'I had it with me just ten minutes ago.' The officer nods and takes out a small notebook. 'Can you describe your bag for me?' he asks. 'It is a brown leather bag with a long strap,' Anna says. 'There is a small gold zipper on the front.' The officer writes down the description carefully. 'What was inside the bag?' he continues. 'My wallet with some cash and credit cards,' Anna replies. 'Also my phone and my passport.' 'That is serious,' the officer says with concern. 'You should cancel your credit cards immediately.' 'Can I use your phone to call my bank?' Anna asks. 'Yes, of course,' the officer says and hands her his phone. Anna calls her bank and cancels her cards. She feels a little better after the call. 'Now, where exactly did you last have your bag?' the officer asks. 'I was at a cafe near the main square,' Anna remembers. 'I put my bag on the chair next to me.' 'Did you notice anyone suspicious at the cafe?' the officer asks. Anna thinks for a moment. 'There was a man who walked past my table several times,' she says. 'He was wearing a black jacket and a gray cap.' The officer writes this information down. 'That is helpful. Can you describe his face?' he asks. 'He was young, maybe thirty years old,' Anna says. 'He had short brown hair and a small beard.' 'Thank you. This description will help us,' the officer says. 'Now I need to write an official report.' 'Please come with me to the police station.' Anna follows the officer to a small police station nearby. Inside, the station is clean and organized. The officer leads Anna to his desk. 'Please sit down,' he says politely. He starts typing the report on his computer. 'I need your full name and date of birth,' he says. Anna gives him all her personal information. 'Where are you staying in the city?' he asks. 'I am staying at the Grand Hotel on Park Street,' Anna answers. 'Good. We will contact you if we find your bag,' the officer says. 'In the meantime, you should visit your embassy about your passport.' 'Where is the nearest embassy?' Anna asks. The officer gives her directions and a small map. 'Here is my card with my phone number,' he adds. 'Call me if you remember anything else.' Anna takes the card and puts it in her pocket. 'Thank you very much for your help,' she says gratefully. 'You are welcome. I hope we find your bag soon,' the officer replies. Anna leaves the station feeling calmer than before. The police officer was kind and helpful. She knows that the police will try to find her bag. Now she must go to the embassy for a new passport. It was a difficult day, but asking for help made it easier.
