His boss sends him a message. 'Please write an email to our best client,' says the boss. Tom starts typing the email. He wants to write 'Dear Mr. Smith'. But his fingers are still sleepy. He types 'Dear Mr. Smell' by mistake. Tom does not see the mistake. He continues writing. 'Thank you for your business,' he writes. He clicks the send button. The email is sent. Tom feels happy. He drinks more coffee. Suddenly, his phone rings. It is his colleague, Anna. 'Tom, did you read your email before sending?' she asks. Tom looks at his screen. He opens the sent email. 'Dear Mr. Smell' - oh no! Tom's face turns red. He is so embarrassed. He quickly writes a new email. 'Dear Mr. Smith, I am so sorry for my typo,' he writes. Mr. Smith reads both emails.
