Tom is hungry. He wants to eat something quick. He goes to a fast food restaurant. The restaurant is near his house. He opens the door and walks inside. There are many people in the restaurant. Tom waits in line. He looks at the menu on the wall. The menu has pictures of the food. Tom sees burgers, fries, and drinks. Now it is his turn to order. A woman behind the counter smiles at him. 'Hello! What would you like today?' she asks. 'I would like a cheeseburger, please,' Tom says. 'Would you like fries with that?' she asks. 'Yes, I want a large fries,' Tom answers. 'And what would you like to drink?' she asks. 'I will have a cola, please,' Tom says. 'Would you like anything else?' she asks. 'No, that is all. Thank you,' Tom says. 'Is this for here or to go?' she asks. 'For here, please,' Tom answers. 'That will be eight dollars and fifty cents,' she says. Tom takes out his wallet. He gives her a ten dollar bill. She gives him his change. 'Your number is forty-two,' she says. Tom takes the receipt and waits. He looks for a place to sit. He finds a table by the window. He sits down and waits for his food. 'Number forty-two!' a man calls. Tom walks to the counter. He takes his tray with food. The burger looks delicious. Tom goes back to his table. He takes a big bite of his burger. The cheese is warm and melted. The fries are hot and salty. Tom enjoys his meal very much. He drinks his cola through a straw. The cola is cold and refreshing. Soon, Tom finishes all of his food. He wipes his hands with a napkin. He throws his trash in the bin. Tom puts the tray on the shelf. He is not hungry anymore. Tom leaves the restaurant with a smile. The food was good and fast. Tom will come back here again.
