Emma is a young woman. She works in an office. Every day, she drinks a lot of coffee. But she does not drink much water. Emma often feels tired. She also gets headaches. One day, Emma goes to see her doctor. 'I feel tired all the time,' she says. 'I also have headaches every day.' The doctor asks Emma about her day. 'What do you drink?' the doctor asks. 'I drink a lot of coffee,' Emma answers. 'But I do not drink water often.' The doctor smiles. 'Water is very important,' she says. 'Your body needs water to work well.' 'How much water should I drink?' Emma asks. 'About eight glasses a day,' the doctor says. Emma decides to try. She buys a water bottle. She takes it to work every day. At first, it is hard to drink so much water. But Emma keeps trying. After one week, Emma feels better. She has more energy. Her headaches are gone. Emma is happy. Now she drinks water every day. She still enjoys her coffee. But she knows water is important too.
