1Definite Articles (Singular)
Italian has multiple definite articles depending on gender and the first letter of the noun.
Singular Definite Articles

2Definite Articles (Plural)
Plural definite articles also depend on gender and the first letter of the noun.

3Indefinite Articles
Indefinite articles (a, an) follow similar patterns. There is no plural indefinite article; use 'alcuni/e' or no article.

4Articles with Prepositions
Definite articles combine with prepositions to form contractions (preposizioni articolate).
