Today is a special day. It is my birthday! I am eight years old today. My mother makes a big cake. The cake is chocolate. It is my favorite! My father puts balloons in the living room. The balloons are red, blue, and yellow. At three o'clock, my friends arrive. They bring presents for me. 'Happy birthday!' they say. I am very happy to see them. We play games in the garden.
