Lisa needed a new laptop for her work. Her old computer was very slow and often crashed. She decided to visit the electronics store in the shopping center. The store was large and filled with many different products. There were televisions, phones, tablets, and computers everywhere. Lisa walked to the laptop section at the back of the store. A friendly salesman approached her with a smile. 'Hello! Can I help you find something today?' he asked. 'Yes, please. I am looking for a new laptop,' Lisa replied. 'What will you use it for?' the salesman asked. 'I need it for work. I write reports and use spreadsheets,' she explained. 'I also attend video meetings with my colleagues,' she added. The salesman nodded and showed her several laptops on the shelf. 'This one has a fast processor and a good camera,' he said. Lisa looked at the laptop carefully. It was thin and light, with a silver color. 'How much memory does it have?' Lisa asked. 'It has sixteen gigabytes of memory and five hundred gigabytes of storage,' he answered. 'That sounds good. What about the battery life?' she asked. 'The battery lasts about ten hours on a full charge,' he explained. Lisa was impressed by the specifications. 'How much does it cost?' she asked. 'The regular price is eight hundred euros, but we have a sale this week,' he said. 'You can get it for six hundred and fifty euros.' Lisa thought the price was reasonable for such a good laptop. 'Can I try it before I buy it?' she asked. 'Of course! Let me turn it on for you,' the salesman said. He pressed the power button and the laptop started quickly. Lisa typed a few words and opened some programs. The keyboard felt comfortable and the screen was very clear. 'I really like this laptop,' Lisa said with a smile. 'Do you need any accessories? We have laptop bags and wireless mice,' he offered. Lisa thought about it for a moment. 'Yes, I would like a laptop bag. I need to carry it to the office every day,' she said. The salesman showed her several bags in different colors. Lisa chose a black bag with extra pockets for her phone and documents. 'The bag costs forty euros,' the salesman said. 'I will take the laptop and the bag,' Lisa decided. They walked together to the cash register at the front of the store. 'Your total is six hundred and ninety euros,' the salesman said. 'Would you like to pay by card or cash?' 'I will pay by card,' Lisa said and took out her credit card. She inserted the card into the machine and entered her PIN code. The payment was successful and the machine printed a receipt. 'Here is your receipt and your warranty card,' the salesman said. 'The laptop has a two-year warranty for any problems.' 'Thank you very much for your help,' Lisa said gratefully. 'You are welcome! Enjoy your new laptop,' the salesman replied. Lisa put the laptop in her new bag and left the store. She felt happy about her purchase. When she got home, she opened the box excitedly. She set up the laptop and connected it to the internet. Everything worked perfectly and the laptop was very fast. Lisa was excited to use her new laptop for work the next day. She knew it would make her job much easier.
