Today is Saturday. Marco is very excited. His favorite team plays today. The game starts at three o'clock. Marco invites his friend Leo to watch with him. Leo arrives at two thirty. 'Hi Leo! Come in!' Marco says. They go to the living room. The television is big. Marco turns on the TV. 'Do you want some snacks?' Marco asks. 'Yes, please!' Leo answers. Marco brings chips and soda. They sit on the sofa. The game begins. The players run on the field. One player kicks the ball. The ball goes fast. 'Go! Go! Go!' Marco shouts. A player scores a goal! Marco jumps from the sofa. 'Yes! One to zero!' he cheers. Leo laughs at his friend. The second half starts. The other team plays better now. They score a goal too. 'Oh no!' Marco says sadly. Now the score is one to one. Only five minutes left. Marco is very nervous. His team has the ball. A player runs toward the goal. He kicks the ball hard. Goal! The crowd cheers loudly. Marco and Leo hug each other. 'We win! Two to one!' Marco shouts happily. The referee blows the whistle. The game is over. 'That was a great game!' Leo says. Marco smiles and nods. 'Yes, it was very exciting!' he agrees. 'Same time next week?' Leo asks. 'Of course!' Marco replies with a big smile.
