Tom works in a small office. He needs to print an important document. The meeting starts in thirty minutes. Tom clicks the print button on his computer. Nothing happens. He clicks again. The printer makes a strange noise. Then it stops completely. 'Oh no,' Tom says. He looks at the printer carefully. A red light is blinking. The screen says 'Paper jam'. Tom opens the front of the printer. He sees a piece of paper stuck inside. He pulls the paper out slowly. The paper is torn. Tom closes the printer and tries again. The printer starts working! But then it stops again. Now the screen says 'No ink'. Tom looks for new ink in his desk. He cannot find any ink. Tom asks his colleague Sara for help. 'Do you have ink?' he asks. 'Yes, I have some in my drawer,' Sara says. She gives Tom a new ink cartridge. Tom puts the cartridge in the printer. He clicks the print button again. The printer works perfectly now. The document comes out clean and clear. 'Thank you so much, Sara!' Tom says. 'You saved my meeting!' Tom takes his document and walks to the meeting room. He arrives just in time.
