Tom walks into a coffee shop. The coffee shop is warm and cozy. He smells fresh coffee in the air. Tom walks to the counter. A friendly barista smiles at him. 'Good morning! What can I get for you?' she asks. 'Good morning. Can I have a coffee, please?' Tom says. 'Of course! What size would you like?' the barista asks. 'A medium, please,' Tom answers. 'Would you like milk in your coffee?' she asks. 'Yes, please. Just a little,' Tom says. 'And sugar?' she asks. 'No sugar, thank you,' Tom says. 'Would you like anything to eat?' the barista asks. Tom looks at the pastries behind the glass. He sees croissants, muffins, and cookies. 'The croissant looks delicious,' Tom thinks. 'I will have a croissant, please,' Tom says. 'Good choice! Is that all?' she asks. 'Yes, that is all,' Tom says. 'That will be four euros fifty,' she says. Tom pays with a five euro note. 'Here is your change,' the barista says. 'Thank you,' Tom says. The barista makes his coffee. Tom waits and looks around the shop. Some people are reading newspapers. Others are talking with friends. 'Here is your coffee and croissant,' the barista says. 'Thank you very much,' Tom says with a smile. Tom finds a table by the window. He sits down and takes a sip of coffee. 'This coffee is really good,' Tom thinks. The croissant is warm and buttery. Tom enjoys his breakfast.
