'I have an appointment on Friday at 10 o'clock.' 'But I need to cancel it.' 'I see,' says the woman. 'May I ask why?' 'I have to work on Friday,' explains Anna. 'My boss has an important meeting.' 'No problem,' says the woman. 'Would you like to make a new appointment?' 'Yes, please,' says Anna. 'When are you free?' Anna thinks for a moment. 'How about Monday?' she asks.
